Laurențiu Zbîrcea, born on June 25, 2000, in Buftea, Ilfov, embarked on his artistic journey at the Romulus Ladea High School of Visual Arts in Cluj, where he completed his studies in 2019. Currently residing and working in Cluj-Napoca, he continued his academic pursuit by obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in graphics from the University of Arts and Design in Cluj-Napoca in 2022.
Building upon his educational foundation, Zbîrcea is currently engaged in Master’s studies, specializing in Painting at the University of Arts and Design. In the realm of his artistic endeavors, Zbîrcea crafts a utopian and optimistic cosmos, an ever-evolving realm where nature and humanity harmoniously intertwine. As the primary character within this enigmatic and untamed environment, the artist conjures a vivid world brimming with imaginary creatures and exotic flora. This immersive artistic expression reflects his continuous exploration and rejuvenation of themes, providing viewers with a glimpse into his imaginative and fantastical universe.
